I’ve seen reviews criticizing the consistency not being like soft serve ice cream – undoubtedly, they did not let the frozen bananas sit for 7-10 minutes prior to putting them through the machine. I’ve seen other reviews saying it’s hard to clean – It’s actually SUPER easy to clean – you have to scrape out a certain amount of ice cream from the machine, but that’s certainly easy enough, and then just rinse and snap back together in about a minute! Love the way other frozen fruit (my favorite: frozen cherries!) blends in with the nice cream. Great product!
