Is original, can buy without fear. Am two days using without problems, the battery lasted 4 hours use medium and low volume. I confess that I was surprised with the sound quality, during my tests it has 70% quality a Apple. Serious, medium and acute balanced. People say that the volume is low, but I almost got almost deaf at max volume. Noises are noticeable even in extremely silent or low volume. Latency is as any Bluetooth, not much to be done. Surprised with the range, I could hear twice the distance of generic headphones I had. The only downside is that it creates a kind of pressure on the ear, has a small hole in outside the air out, the unique holes External are of microphones.
